Chair and President/CEO’s Report

In 2024, we made managing your finances easier with
convenient appointment scheduling for account openings, loan
applications, account maintenance, and financial counseling.
Our new online account platform allows members to open
and fund accounts in minutes, and our redesigned website
simplifies the application process and provides access to online
resources. We also launched an email survey program to gather
member feedback and opened new branches in Lexington Park
and Bowie to better serve our communities.
