2025 Board of Directors Nominations

The Nominating Committee has nominated the individuals listed below for the Board of Directors for a term of three years.

John J. Neville, Incumbent
John is a retired school system educator, Instructional Supervisor, and Administrator. He has served on the Board for 23 years and previously served on the Supervisory Committee for nine years.

Philip J. McGaughey, Jr., Incumbent
Philip is a retired school system accountant and a retired military officer. He has served on the Board for 12 years and on the Supervisory Committee for four years. Philip previously served on the Board and Supervisory Committee of other credit unions including an education-based credit union for five years.

Mario T. Williams, Incumbent
Mario is a retired school system Facilities Manager. He has served on the Board for six years attributing his mission to financial management and strategic planning. Mario previously served on the Board of another education-based credit union for over 25 years.

The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor if the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled. Nominations may be made by petition by obtaining signatures of 500 members and providing a statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a signed certificate from the nominee stating that he/she is agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected. These documents must be provided to the address listed below by February 14, 2025.
